PSP brand ambassadors have been working on experiential campaigns at M&S stores. This activity has lead to well over 1,000 PSP brand ambassadors working at over 120 M&S stores Nationwide.

The experiential marketing campaigns have varied across the years but, in particular, attention was paid towards promoting M&S Simply Food stores and both new and refurbished store openings across the country. Brand Ambassadors provided for these events included Event Managers and Team Leaders as well as distribution staff. Other activity covered included handing out complimentary coffee to early morning commuters and informing the target audience of 35+ adults how delicious and completely free from any additives the M&S 'The Cook Range' of food is. Locals were kept informed of new store openings, alongside ongoing brand awareness for the larger, well known stores.

M&S only accept personnel of the highest calibre who can ensure their strict brief, dress code and in-store conduct guide are met every time.
